Biotic Complex provides 20 billion viable cells of live cultures in two capsules, from four strains: Lactobacillus kefir, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Bifidobacterium lactis.

The Four Strains
- Lactobacillus kefir (CUL71): named after kefir, the traditional fermented milk drink
- Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL60)
- Lactobacillus bulgaricus (CUL23): one of the cultures traditionally used to make yoghurt
- Bifidobacterium lactis (CUL62)

Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, Lactobacillus kefir, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium lactis, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Recommended Daily Intake
Maintenance: 1–2 capsules daily with food.
Intensive intake: 1–2 capsules, 3 times daily with food.
Children: From 2 years old may take 1 capsule per day.
Capsules can simply be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled into cold food, such as yoghurt, or a cold drink.
