Immuno-Biotic Plus is a five-day supply of one-a-day sachets. Each sachet provides 50 billion viable cells of live cultures from nine strains, with larch arabinogalactans and pectin (plant fibres), pear and pomegranate, and vitamins C, B5 and B6. It mixes into water to make a fruit-based drink.
Vitamin C and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

The Live Cultures
Each sachet provides 50 billion viable cells, typically made up of:
- Lactobacillus kefir: 30 billion
- Lactobacillus bulgaricus: 5 billion
- Lab4®: 9 billion. A combination of Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL60 and CUL21), Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL20) and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL34)
- Lactobacillus casei: 2 billion
- Lactobacillus plantarum: 2 billion
- Lactobacillus gasseri: 2 billion

The Plant Fibres
Larch arabinogalactans are a fibre from the wood of the larch tree (Larix laricina and Larix occidentalis). Pectin is a soluble fibre, here from apples (Malus sp. fruit). Each sachet provides 2,000 mg of each.

Recommended Daily Intake
Adults: One sachet, dissolved in water or a cool drink. For best results, use 150 ml of water, stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir again and drink.
