Refund policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, please email us at support@emmasnutrition.com with your name and order number.

You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to:

Please note:

• Products must be unopened, with any seals intact, and stored as directed on the packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for making sure they reach us safely. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
• Once we receive the goods back in good condition, or you send us proof of return (whichever is sooner), we will refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days, to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we send the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
