Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

Delivery charges
UK delivery (Royal Mail 48): £3.75, or free on orders of £100 or more.
eBooks and gift cards are sent by email, with no delivery charge.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times
We send all UK orders by Royal Mail 48, and most arrive within 5 working days. We'll email you when your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail 48 confirms delivery but is not a fully tracked service.

Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
Some products that contain animal ingredients cannot currently be sent to Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey. Where this applies, the product page says so. If you order one of these products for delivery there, we'll get in touch and refund it in full.

If your order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please email support@emmasnutrition.com. We'll check with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if it has been lost. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
