Pineapple and Papaya: What Does mUHb Mean?
Pineapple naturally contains an enzyme called bromelain, and papaya contains an enzyme called papain. The concentrates in Biogest are measured by the activity of these enzymes, not just by weight.
mUHb (milli-units haemoglobin) is the laboratory unit used to express that activity. Three capsules provide pineapple concentrate with 900 mUHb and papaya concentrate with 2,400 mUHb.

What Is Gamma Oryzanol?
Gamma oryzanol is a mixture of natural compounds found in rice bran oil, the oil from the outer layer of the rice grain. Three capsules provide 300 mg.
