What Is Coenzyme Q10?
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a compound that the body makes naturally and that is also found in small amounts in foods such as meat, fish and nuts. The CoQ10 in Rosa Q10 Complex is micellised, meaning it is dispersed into very small droplets.
