What Is Choline?

Milk Thistle and Silymarin
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is a flowering plant whose seeds contain a group of natural compounds known together as silymarin. The extract in Milk Thistle Plus is standardised to contain at least 80% silymarin, so you know how much of it each capsule provides.
