Lignans are natural compounds found widely in plant foods and are a normal part of everyday diets. Linseed (flaxseed) is the richest known food source.
The main lignan in flaxseed is secoisolariciresinol diglucoside, usually shortened to SDG. Each capsule provides 35 mg of flax lignan extract, declared as SDG.
What Are Red Clover Isoflavones?
Red clover (Trifolium pratense) naturally contains a group of plant compounds called isoflavones. The red clover extract in this product is standardised to contain at least 8% isoflavones, so you know how much of the active compound it provides.
What Is Limonene?
Limonene is a natural compound found in the peel of citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons. Each capsule provides 80 mg.
