Fish Oil – The essential omega-3 fatty acids, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), are recognised for their important role in maintaining health, particularly in the brain, heart, and eyes.

Our one-a-day fish oil capsule contains 1,200 mg of fish oil, providing a high 5:1 ratio of 600 mg DHA to 100 mg EPA, combined with vitamin D, which contributes to normal immune function and a healthy inflammatory response.

Vitamin D – Each Fish Oil & Vitamin D capsule contains 10 micrograms (mcg), (equivalent to 400iu) of vitamin D. The UK health authority, the NHS, recommends that adults consider taking a daily supplement containing 10 mcg of vitamin D during autumn and winter. The NHS states: "Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body."

The capsules are blister-packed to ensure freshness right up to the moment they are taken.

Ingredients: Fish oil (triglyceride), D-alpha tocopherol, mixed tocopherols, medium-chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol, sunflower oil, DL-alpha tocopherol.

Sustainably sourced from South Pacific anchovies – guaranteed, tested, and approved for marine origin.

Safety checked for heavy metals, organic pollutants (POPs), oxidation, contaminants, and impurities. Tested and certified at the time of production, with parameters re-certified at the time of encapsulation. This final quality assurance testing is carried out in the UK.

Capsule shell: Fish gelatin, glycerol BP.

Recommended daily intake:

Adults: One capsule daily, with food.

Children: From 5 years of age can take the contents of one capsule daily, punctured and taken by spoon or mixed with food.

Not to be taken by people on blood-thinning drugs such as warfarin, heparin, coumarin, aspirin.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
