Berry C Complex - 90 capsules

combines two separate mineral sources of vitamin C (potassium ascorbate and magnesium ascorbate) with powdered extracts of three different fruits—pomegranate, plum, and blueberry. We prefer potassium and magnesium ascorbate as sources of vitamin C rather than the more commonly used ascorbic acid.

In nature, vitamin C occurs alongside a class of compounds called polyphenols, which are found in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. This is why we have included fruit extracts in this complex.

A growing body of research highlights the specific roles of different polyphenols, with many studies referring to the supportive properties of blueberry and pomegranate for immune, vascular, and digestive health, as well as their antioxidant content.

Berry C Complex (and particularly its magnesium ascorbate ingredient) does not contribute significantly to daily elemental magnesium intake. It can be taken alongside Emma’s Nutrition Magnesium Plus.
