All the recipes are gluten free, vegan with vegetarian and flexitarian swaps, low FODMAPs, and easy to make.

Please note: During this One Week Reset I’ll be suggesting you use 30g avocado flesh, in different ways, each day. So it really helps if you prepare yourself by buying a large avocado or 2 small ones and ripen them ready. In total during the week you’ll need 210g avocado flesh - that’s equal to about 1 large sized avocado. Plus during the week there are used lots of nuts (eg walnuts, brazils, pecans, macadamias or mixed nuts), seeds (choice of sesame, hulled hemp, sunflower, chia, poppy, pumpkin), vegetables, and fruit.
